We are often asked to operate as a principal contractor for the first 3 months of a project, this enables contract works to get underway and can be very cost effective and productive, which fundamentally results in our clients being able to start their project works with a clear, clean and safe access in order to set the standards for the site throughout the contract.

Our geographical location has encouraged our clients to build upwards therefore we have continued to grow within this sector to meet the ever changing requirements of the industry. We have the professional and technical capabilities to undertake concrete structures up to 10 storey frames, basements and retaining walls.
Ground Remediation & Bulk Excavation
With the advice of our in-house remediation specialists and close relationships with soil treatment subcontractors we are able to provide cost efficient solutions on brownfield sites.Overseen by our Remediation specialist under our integrated ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 operating systems. We have the capability and expertise to undertake complex Solutions which are both cost effective and reduce site disruption. We work closely under the recommendation of Independent Environmental Consultants to assist clients in the removal and recycling of contaminated soils and ACM’s or retaining of material to strict LA requirements and guidelines.
Highway Works
Major site infrastructure and 278 Works are an integral part of a sites conception and logistics. Highways services range from road construction and resurfacing, mains sewer adaption and street furnishings. We are a licensed contractor for most of the local authorities in the South East having fully qualified staff capable of working in the public highway.
