Project summary
Grange Farm is a semi-rural development, located on a greenfield site on the southern outskirts of Bovingdon village.
Phase 1 of the development consists of building 57 units in total: 48 houses and 9 apartment blocks, with Houlihan employed as the Principal Contractor.
Works completed to date include earthworks and infrastructure. And recently, works have begun on the foundations to the initial plots.
