Prior’s Edge is a residential development located on the edge of Takeley village, near Bishop’s Stortford.
The development consists of 96 units, comprised of 81 houses and 2 apartment blocks.
Houlihan acted as the Principal Contractor during the initial stages of the project, overseeing the formation of site access routes.
Scope of works
- Topsoil stripping and bulk earthworks
- Section 278 works and the construction of all infrastructure roads and sewers, including an attenuation basin and public open space areas.
- Groundworks for 96 residential units, incorporating domestic drainage, service installations, and associated external works.
