Project summary
Regent’s Gate is a residential development located on the outskirts of Virginia Water.
Phase 1 of the development consists of building 67 units: 34 houses and 3 apartment blocks.
Construction is now underway with Houlihan initially acting as Principal Contractor for the enabling and infrastructure phase of the works.
