Project summary
Regent’s Gate is located next to Wentworth golf course on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Virginia Water.
Phase 1 of the development consists of building 67 units: 34 houses and 33 apartment blocks.
Works completed to date include earthworks and infrastructure to Phase 1 with Houlihan the Principal Contractor for the initial stages of the project.
Recently, foundations to plots has commenced.
