Project summary
St Mary’s Park is a residential development located on the outskirts of the of Great Dunow.
The development consists of 272 units comprised of 2 to 5 bedroom homes.
Houlihan acted as the Principal Contractor during the initial stages of the project, taking responsibility for the establishment of site access routes.
Scope of works
- Topsoil stripping and bulk earthworks
- Section 278 works and the construction of all infrastructure roads and sewers, including an attenuation basin and public open space areas.
- Groundworks for 272 residential units, incorporating domestic drainage, service installations, and associated external works.
